Solar LED Lighting Kit - 4 LED
System
This is an affordable system that consists of
simple modular components that you can connect together to form an expandable, energy efficient lighting system.
The 4 LED lights consume very little power, thus not requiring large solar panels, making this kit one of the best
choices for indoor solar DC lighting.
How Does it Work?
The solar panel
is designed to be fixed onto a rigid pole, the roof of your house - or even on the outer wall of your
home.
Solar energy is
converted to electricity and then stored within the 12 volt 7 AH lead acid battery, which then supplies the 4 LED
lights as required.
Each LED
downlight is mounted into your ceiling in the same fashion as a traditional gimble downlight - or conversley can be
hung lower on its own cable.
The 4 LED lights
can either be controlled via the inverter, or can be wired into a conventional switch.

Why is LED Lighting Better than Incandesant Globes?
Just what is LED lighting, and why is it a better choice for me?
LED (Light Emitting
Diodes) lighting consumes far less energy than conventional incandesant bulbs, thus
for the same charge will provide illumination for much longer!
Another reason is that traditional incandesant globes will last approximately a
few thousand hours - whereas a LED light average 50,000 hours (with many exceeding 100,000 hours), which is over 11.5 years of continuous light 24
hours a day!
Additionally, LED lights are a safer source of light, as
there is no hot filament and thus heat. This means that an LED light is more reliable, and will not fail when you
need it most!
LED lighting is quickly becoming the lighting of choice as
we move into the 21st century - increased globe life, safety, low voltage and improved reliability all
suggest LED is the way of the future!..
